We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@holmes-ink.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our shipping department is opened Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm pst (closed on major holidays).  All orders must be received before 9am PST in order to be processed the same business day.  Please note that delivery time is estimated unless shown as guaranteed.  We will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers we use to delivery your package.  If there are any damages or delays by the carrier we will need to file a claim with the carrier for a refund.
